 Q.1: How do I pay with my credit card?
A: Go to the page on our site that shows the fabric that you desire. Click on
the text link below the picture of the fabric to go to the "shopping cart".
In the shopping cart you will add your custom options for your dress shirt (collars,
cuffs, etc). You will "add" this fabric to your cart. Repeat this process
until you have added all the fabrics that you wish to purchase. Then click on
the link at the top of the page in the shopping cart to "checkout".
When you checkout you will create an account and add your measurements, shipping
information, and credit card information.
Q.2: What is your price range (currency)?
A: Our custom dress shirts are priced at $179 for 3 shirts and
$339 for six (plus sales tax if applicable.) All prices
are listed in U.S. Dollars.
Q.3: Do I have to get re-measured every time I pick something out?
A: No. Our database remembers all of our customers information
including sizes as well as their mailing address. In the
event that you need to make a change
feel free to update your customer record. If no changes need to be made,
just pick out some new dress shirt fabrics and the rest
is done.
Q.4: Can I choose different styles on different dress shirts?
A: Absolutely! JL shirts highly recommends that you customize
your shirts any way you desire . Although we incur additional
costs
for this flexibility (and
don't pass them on to you), we want you to feel free to customize your
dress shirts the way you want them. We are confident that
our flexibility and quality
will bring you back for more business in the future.
Q.5: Can I use different fabrics on each custom dress shirt?
A: Of Course! You choose the fabric, the style, the size, and
we do the rest. We offer a wide array of reasonably priced
popular
fabrics on our site. We will
routinely update our fabric database with new fashionable materials appealing
to our customers.
Q.6: I worry about the fitment of a custom dress shirt. How do I
know that it will be right?
A: This is the most important part of the process. We recommend you
get a professional measurement from our Fashion Coordinator Executives,
or
send
us a shirt that
you like and any other request such as longer sleeves by 1 inch or
_ inch more on neck, etc..
Q.7: Does JL shirts offer any kind of a guarantee?
A: Yes. We have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Our custom
dress shirts are made to the specifications that you desired in your
order.
We also guarantee
all shirts to be made to our exacting quality standards and free
of defects. All JL shirts will stand the test of time of
based on normal
wear and
tear. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
Q.8: Are new fabrics ever available?
A: Yes, we routinely will add and remove fabrics from our database
based on whether they
meet our criteria. Our criteria is simple:

we reasonably think that fabric will be available in a sufficient
quantity?

we think that our customers will like the fabric?

Q.9: What are the differences among the dress shirt fabrics that you offer?
A: You will see different colors and styles offered. You will
also see 100% Cotton and "wrinkle resistant" Cotton/Polyester mixed fabrics.
Q.10: Does each customer get his own individual pattern?
A:. Definitely! Like we say, "custom dress shirts are made specifically
for you.” Each dress shirt is made based on your preferences and made only
for you. The only constant with our custom dress shirts is our superior quality
and every dress shirt we make comes with that!
Q.11: Can I order white collars and/or cuffs?
A: Yes and any other colors or fabrics in our portfolios for
contrast. The prices are all inclusive. There are no hidden
charges.
Q.12: Do I need to worry about shrinkage?
A: You should be aware that there is always a small
shrinkage through washing (about 2 - 3%), but we
factor this in during
the tailoring of the dress shirt.
Q.13: Will my shirt tails be long enough?
A: Absolutely, we would not wear dress shirts with
shirt tails that are not long enough, and we
would not want you to do so
either. All
custom dress shirts are
designed to fit properly based on your individual
measurements and needs.
Q.14: Is it possible for you to duplicate the fit of a favorite
dress shirt presently in my wardrobe?
A: Not a problem! Just measure the dress shirt per the instructions
on the web site and we will cut
your new custom dress shirts to be
exactly the same size. You can send
us the dress
shirt if
you wish,
but why
pay the extra
money
for shipping costs? Either
way, we will leave it up to you, because our
number one priority is customer satisfaction.
Q.15: Do you share your customer list with other companies?
A: NO! We value our customers and
their privacy. We may occasionally
send you
an email from
our headquarters
on something that
we think may be of interest
to you, but we will never share your information
with any other group or company.
Q.16: How will you ship my dress shirts?
A: All custom dress shirts are
usually air shipped within one
to two weeks
and arrive
within four
weeks directly to you
if you
order the Executive Packages
for 6 shirts. The JR Executive for 3 shirts
are shipped to our office and
redirected to you, with
a total transit time of
around
4-5 weeks.
Q.17: How long does it take to receive my dress shirt order?
A: Within four weeks or less.
